| That sounds horrible. I'll probably be looking to purchase a new laptop in the summer, for my mom really wants to have a laptop. This Gateway is a powerhouse, but there are just some issues I have with it. 1) The battery is a 45 min lifespan 2) The fans are loud 3) The speakers are not loud at all. __________________ (\_/) (O.o) (> <) This is Bunny. | Elite Fan | Seriously, they just don't make laptops for people like me. Next on my wishlist is Bellsouth Xtreme DSL 6.0. 1.5 just isn't cutting it anymore. | Elite Fan | And since my last post I've discovered that DSL 6.0 is in fact offered in my area now. And as of a few minutes ago my connection speed tests shows I went from 1500/256 to 5500/450.
