| Elite Fan  | I am no longer allowed to speak to customers at work. I was asked (god knows why) to talk to a customer who was upset that his driveway might (would) be cracked by the crane during his pool installation. I was told to "smooth him over" . There is a reason I do not work in customer service. First I told the guy that we could charge him an extra $6,000 and delay his pool for 3 weeks in order to get a crane large enough to set it from the road. He didn't like that idea. So then I told him that his yard would be torn to hell during the install anyway so his driveway might as well match. | Elite Fan | The stuff we do rarely requires anything that big. Our heaviest pool is only about 3800 pounds.
