Went out to the ocean on my friend's boat and watched the fireworks from there.

it was a lot of fun.

That sounds awesome. I went to a potluck and then we watched the fireworks. I kind of get bored watching fireworks after a while though

Those fireworks where you were are long (the third largest display on the East coast

I get bored with them too, I did not go... too much traffic and too much noise for me

I had too many years fighting the traffic. I only live about a mile from work now so I avoid traffic as much as possible
