No, they've got some guys who know nothing about Tolkien in charge. They are filming in New Zealand though.

I love the Star Wars books. They were kind of what I was expecting from the Disney movies, but didn't get.

Yeah, the direction they went was a huge surprise to me, but I hoped it would be a good story when I saw the first part.
