I always had this headcanon that the curse happened willingly on Aurora's part. Like she went to Maleficent instead of Maleficent going to her. Aurora's like to Philip in her first episode, "I told you not to come after me," made me think that.

I was really excited for Aurora/Stefan scenes, and then they didn't even get to speak. I also wanted a Flora, Fauna, Merryweather and Hubert.
I am glad, though, that Stefan/Maleficent weren't former besties like in the Jolie movie version __________________
