 7x02 "A Pirate's Life" {AIRS: 13th October, 2017} When Henry finds himself in trouble, he calls upon his Storybrooke family for help, and together they set off on a mission to find Cinderella. Along the way, Hook is confronted by an unexpected foe who threatens the group’s success. In Hyperion Heights, Jacinda searches for a way to see Lucy with some unwelcome assistance from Henry, while Victoria Belfrey enlists the help of Gold and Weaver to push Henry out of the neighbourhood. __________________

Well that happened.
I'm so torn on how I feel about it. CS has been my main reason for watching and I'm both happy and irritated by how they handled it. On one hand, I had a hard time believing A & E when they said they kept their happy ending intact but to their credit, they actually did. I was wrong and am happy to be wrong. CS is indeed together and happy, so yay! Loved the CS moments with adult Henry. On the other hand, it would've been nice to see Emma be more involved in the episode. It didn't really feel like the send off she deserved, but it could have been much, much worse. Meanwhile, I watch this with my mom and she'd forgotten about Old Hook and the wish realm. Plus she was hardly paying attention during the first part. I kept having to explain everything during the commercials. That gave me a bit of a headache.  My big problem with the Hook twist is that the Hook that I loved isn't the one we have now. The emotional investment isn't there for me anymore. Weaver just feels like the same Rumple we've always had, but with a different accent and meh. Still not feeling Cinderella or Cinderella/Henry. Don't hate them, but again meh. I thought he had chemistry with Tiana though. I'll give it a few more episodes and this one was better than the first one for me, but the jury is still out. |

The episode was good. Much better than episode 1 for sure! There was a lot that was Killian centric, except we've now found out Rogers is not Killian.
Has anyone noticed that Lana's place is a lot like what Charming and Snow had? Spiral staircase and exposed brick? |

Yeah, agree... It was so much better for sure and yeah, so much Killian/Roger centric... Haha, yeah, that was something I didnt see coming...
And yeah, I notice that too...  But love that CS got their happyending together and with baby...   __________________
