No. At this point in the story, I didn't. They should have moved beyond that. He knows she cares for him so I thought it was weak move, but it did make for a great dock scene. Which made up for it.

I thought jealous Killian was cute ... and I think that it was appropriate only because Emma is guarded around people but then suddenly she was smiling at August. I think Killian is perceptive and noticed something there.

But I think it was also for the benefit of the audience to have Emma say that she only thinks of August as a friend.

Hmmm...I have to say...I never thought of it in those terms. So if it was to highlight Killian's understanding of Emma then okaaay.

To the second, for some fans it won't matter, but it was nice to have it on the record.
