I may be wrong but four, I think? The first one we saw from season two as above, the stud earring he has had on since the middle of season 4a. In Camelot he had a dangling one with a clear jewel on the end, and as the DO he had a dangling one which was completely black.

In fact as the DO only the charms on his necklace were the same: the necklace and the rings all went totally black. Not that I notice these things.

I like how the jewelry is being matched to his mood.
