 Well got my second counselling appointment in about 5 hours  not sure if its from being anxious of that or what, but took forever to fall asleep this morning. Woke up with a headache this morning which I'll be pissed if its from 2 beers had yesterday where ate a lot, so shouldn't have any hangover. Though also reorganized when I'm taking my meds from evening to like mid-day lately  Anyways got time, so gonna try to lay down for a nap than go to appointment, last week I was drained from the appointment where if its the case may just go right back to bed afterwards than tomorrow will be fresh to catch up on  and shows__________________

I had a full glass of water before bed which was like 4 hours after last beer
meh whatever, its not horrible where gonna try for a nap and hope it goes awayIt was a good first meeting - I thought it would be a quick initial but turned into an hour where pretty much just her probing all throughout my life for topics of whats causing this. She got me to go into some detail about the last 2 years related to work where think its pretty much been the last two years but she also asked about growing up etc So no idea about today __________________

you should drink at least as much waer as you drink alcohol
 and from what I feel you don#t drink much alcohol right? then you really should do as much water as alcohol.. for the next time and did you have a good Feeling? how many sessions will you have with her? __________________
