Tbh before I knew they were siblings I liked the idea of Tommy and Thea together.

Yeah there needed to be more Thea/Tommy as well. It irks me that no one mentions that Malcolm is essentially responsible for Tommy's death and that Thea doesn't seem to care.

I don't think Laurel/Tommy needed any more drama

Oliver was enough.

Oliver truly was enough

Tommy has just broken up with Laurel because Oliver still being in love with her. 2 episodes left in S1 for my re-watch and wished Tommy/Laurel could have been happy, but he did the right thing with how he was right

Oliver was still in love with her, and she wasn't over him either. Aka they slept together believe my next episode, then Tommy was going to stop by and saw them together

My poor babe. But in the end he didnt care about that, he just cared about Laurel and was willing to risk everything to get her out of CRNI.

Finished S1

and yes felt so bad for Tommy seeing Oliver/Laurel but completely agree that afterall, he didn't care and only cared about saving Laurel

his saying that he loved her and then saving her. Really still breaks my heart that Tommy died, he truly was a favourite character of mine

IF Tommy didn't die...Do you think that Tommy and Laurel would have gotten back together? or do you think that he would not have made a play because of Oliver/Laurel

I really don't know myself because Tommy dying really set the rest of the series together about Oliver not willing to kill and Laurel's problem in S2. So guh that he died but guess it had to happen

It's hard to say because like you said so much of S2 arc revolves around Tommy even if he isn't there, the choices that both Laurel & Oliver make are made because of the affect that Tommy had on them. However I think if Tommy were to somehow come back he and Laurel could make their way back to each other eventually, I dont imagine it happening right away though.

I always wished we would have gotten more scenes for them. Some of their backstory too.

Me too Holly, they do like to bring Tommy back for flashbacks/appearances each season so maybe we can get something Laurel/Tommy related next season or in the second half of this one.

Me too because like katie said I think it was just the 3 of them growing up. So her and tommy probably have a good story as well

yeah, i think given time... the two of them definitely could've made their way back to each other. it would definitely take time and patience, but i think it could've been done
