I had got to the Flash ep where you see Laurel as the Black Siren.
I am a little confused, since I barely watched Arrow.. But how did she get to be like that?

She's from Earth 2. Quentin died when she was a child in a car accident because he went to get a special birthday cake for her.. and then Ollie got on the Gambit too and died.. in her world Robert was the Green Arrow. When the Flash accident happened she was in CC and got her powers.. but she went dark because she met the wrong people..
