She should be involved in the storyline, especially since BS would be able to have another anchor that brings her back to humanity on the side of good. With LoT though, I'm not that hopeful that they'll take Sara away from that for it.

it does bother me that Sara doesn't even know anything about her while she's constantly thinking about her lost sister

they can do things off screen, annoying for fans, but still to help further the story & say that Sara brought some of BS's humanity out. Borrow Sara from LoT for an episode so they can cross paths or write in a meaningful crossover where LoT has to crossover with Arrow for some reason to allow Sara & BS to cross paths. Then say Sara tries to contact Team Arrow or her father at times to check in on BS or even contact BS eventually. I don't know how feasible that is, & I don't watch LoT, but surely there's some way of connecting with other places

They seem to be able to get involved in the other crossovers

Apparently Sara does know about her but just thinks that she is dead. In the new book that came out apparently Quentin told her about Siren.

I'd love to see Dinah interact with her doppelganger daughter.

^ Not going to comment about Laurel being okay with Dinah taking her place (which Laurel is such a good person, I can see her giving her the blessing, but it's more about the Arrow creators/writers themselves), but Sara and Quentin seem very in character. I wish we could have got something like that on the show. Thanks for posting!

the writers just want to validate themselves and their new choice but hell, don't put that on Laurel..
I don't know. the writing seems pretty simple to me

but the basis of a scene like that on the show would be nice

There are more books. Haven't read them since they completely ignore Laurel even though they take place while she's alive.
