I think it all depends on her contract with Disney and Marvel Studios.

I think it also depends on what she and Feige have discussed regarding the character. According to Tessa Thompson, an All-female team up was discussed with him. If they don't do a BW solo, I could see Scarlett headlining that instead.

I also wouldn't be surprised if she wants a break. I noticed that Isle of Dogs and Avengers: Infinity War aside she really doesn't have anything planned for next year and she only had GitS and Rough Night (which was a small production) out this year. She got divorced too and has a kid so she may want a lighter load.

Marvel really screwed up not doing a BW movie. They had a bankable actress, with a popular character in a popular franchise and they didn't utilize that. Lucy had a budget of $40 mil., BW would have had around the same production value. So the movie was never really going to be a loss for them.

I remember when she first had Rose, she said she was gonna take a break to raise her, but then didn't. But yeah, she doesn't have much on her plate right now. I know her divorce just got finalized but she's already hopped into a new relationship too.

yep holliwood but than again they were seperated for awhile

Their talk at Sam's place. There was so much vulnerability from both of them, and it was the bridging point where they truly became more than acquaintances or 'co-workers.' He said it was okay, she didn't owe him. And him trusting her meant a lot to her.

that is a good scene i love winter soldier my fav marvel movie i also love in the last cap movie she didnt stop him in the fight she was still on steves side

She does care for him a lot even when they were meant to be against each other with team iron and team cap she agreed with tony but she didnt go against cap she still helped him
