I did like her did right from TWS and even more so with Civil War - I like Steve|Sharon as well, he just can't stay away from Carter's

I think he liked her for her because of the fact he only found out in Civil War but he was interested in TWS

Enough I think I think he respected her and what she did - tried to help out when Hydra showed its face
