So over the weekend, my shoulder was feeling strained so I put one of those medicated patches on. Well, turns out my shoulder doesn't like it because now I have broken out into hives/rash where the patch had been.

It's a lot better now. It was really red and hot to the touch when I first got it. I had to work hard not to scratch it.
