i was on the bottom step when i fell onto the sidewalk. but i busted up both knees pretty bad and did pretty good damage to my foot too. i had to go back to the ER friday night cuz my foot got ice cold and i couldnt move my toes. they ran all kinds of tests on me and couldnt find anything wrong with me, yet couldnt explain why my foot was they way it was. they just said to keep an eye on it. i see my reg doctor tomorrow morning they said to just follow up with him and tell them he needs to refer me to a podiatrist for more tests. now today my foot feels a better. im able to move my toes but its still kinda cold.

That sounds terrible. Hopefully it was nothing very serious and you'll be able to get over it quickly with some rest.

they asked me if i wanted them but i said no. they just slow me down.
its just a slow healing process. i just gotta keep icing my knee for the pain. and try and stay off it whenever i can.

sorry i missed this before. the pain killers they gave me for my foot/knee helped that but it triggered my migraines. so i had to stop them.
