yeah its every 3 yrs. and somehow i always get called. yet my sister and her husband has never been called. i dont see how that is fair

Not sure how they always seem to send it to the same person. One of my brothers (I have 4) has done jury duty 2 times now. My dad always gets sent a summons too, but he gets excused because he's not a native English speaker and has no idea what is being said.

its suppose to be a lottery of sorts that every 3 yrs your name gets put into a pull. but i dont think mine should be put back in to everyone else who hasnt been served gets put into play. i think ive done my service already its someone else turn

I'll say you have done more than enough.. kind of unfair but i guess they dont really have a good way of choosing it

I think if you've served more than 3 times you should be exempt for the next 10 years lol.

i wish there was something i could do. i dont want to go back there again. i dont drive and the court house is a half hour or so away and traffic is always a nightmare going out that direction. i have to take an uber to and from.
