apparently the metal used to make Utron was from the battle on NY in the first Avengers.... so lesson learned: maybe it's not good to mess with alien metal

some ufo conspiracy suggests that Alien metal was used in WW2

I'm not sure if we're supposed to take it literal, as in Ultron is alien technology. Maybe they just meant that the old program was found in the wreckage of a building that was destroyed? Because what Whedon has been telling EW and other magazines/press has been different.

good point...it says program in the ruins from the battle... not sure if Stark was trying to build a body for the Jarvis program or not at first
