Yea, I still can't believe that they left out the fact that they can talk with each other without having to talk at all. That's kind of a big deal?!

I saw posts about that before the filming even started, that they'd probably leave it out because it's hard to portray or something

i kinda get it would be hard but yea i don't know how they will deal with it since it is big part of the scorch trials and drives a lot of the story forward

They might explain it away because of experiments that it just happens during TST

yeah telepathy usually looks very weird in movies but I think they could've just had more scenes together and it wouldn't even have been such an important detail then they could've talked when the others weren't present. of course I don't know about the rest of the books yet, whether it becomes even more significant or not

I remember you telling me this. But yea, given how important it is on the 2nd book (and I haven't read the 3rd book, but I'm guessing it will still be important), I'm curious to see how they'll adapt that on the next movies. And also a bit scared tbh, because I don't want them to change things too much. :')

And I thought I might have, Catia. It's sad and I do wish they wouldn't change too much. But it's best to always see the movie and book as a different thing. It hurts less.

Yes, we will always find scenes of the movie that are different from the book, but it doesn't mean that the movie has to be bad. In Maze Runner there was a lot of changed scenes, but he movie still was awesome, because the story was the same

Yeah, since I'm reading TMR again now, I'm noticing a lot of things I forgot about, some that would've bugged me quite a lot if I had remembered it in the first place when watching the movie. But now it's just like "It's something different."
