I loved the pool-that was my thing when I was a kid. The last time I went swimming was in a pool at our motel at Mrytle Beach about 7 years ago. I miss it but no time and no one wants to see me in a bathing suit-not even me!

Me too. Once you hit menopause, it's all downhill from there. Within a year, I had ballooned up 3 sizes. So many people and ads giving advice, ya don't know what to do. And the older ya get, you don't feel like exercising-I work a retail job, on my feet more than 40 hours a week. I never cooked, so fast food city for me. I guess your metabolism changes-slows down-as you age. So you don't burn off fat like you used to.

well im not quite there yet (im only 37). my problem is my migraine medicine that i take the side effects are weight gain. ive tried exercising and eating healthy but i cant seem to lose any weight. i stopped the one pill that was causing me to gain the majority of the weight so im hoping that will help but even still ive always had a hard time losing weight.

Aww-that stinks. I'm sorry. Seems like every prescription has side effects. Which the doctors don't tell ya about either.
