My dad used to take us fishing when we were kids. We just stayed at the shore. All I remember about it is that it was a long boring day waiting for the fish to bite. And that I suck at casting because my hook always got stuck in tree branches lol.

I guess they find it peaceful? Most people usually go fishing early in the morning.
