Now it's a bittersweet scene because I was glad that she realized she did love him and she openly admitted it but it was too late, his little smile before he passed out again is heartbreaking.

Me too and especially after she made it seem like she only thought of it as a "hang" with no actual feelings. And she was the last one with him before he died

yeah im glad that ended on a better note
its bad enough they are killing the show, was it really necessary to kill him off on the show as well? i get this is a hospital show about kids with cancer, but i dont want anyone do die on the show. i want them all to have a happy ending __________________

It really sucked that they had to kill him off especially with the show ending. It was nice seeing him and Kara in the "in between" world. I loved that he got her to go somewhere she loves and he made that place good for her again after the drama with her parents ruined it.
Gosh I'm going to miss them, both because Hunter died and because the show ended. I think they would have been the next couple for me to obsess over, I just loved them so much  |

That date was so sweet with the banter about the hot chocolate and her telling him the last visit ruined Paris for her and she wanted to bring him there because she knew he'll make it good again and he did

That was so sweet
Her love for Hunter made her care for someone else over herself and she finally had someone who cared about her in a way to make her bring down her walls and allow herself to feel that way about him. |
