I forgot to say the other week that I completed The Last Guardian. I absolutely loved it. It was an experience like nothing else, it was a real journey. There were moments that left me in complete awe. The game is not for everyone for sure. A lot of people complained about the clunky controls and the wonky camera. It's certainly not perfect, but I'm glad I played SotC and a little of Ico so I knew what to expect, I got used to the controls fairly quickly. The camera was really only ever an issue whenever I was climbing up Trico in a confined space.

Trico is amazing. You can tell that so much effort went in to animate this beautiful life-like creature. I love the way he acts to certain things, I love the animation of his feathers in the wind and in the water. I never got too frustrated when he wouldn't always respond to my commands, because most of the time I wasn't directing him the right way and he knew the right way. The only times I got really annoyed was whenever those armoured knights would grab me and I had to mash the buttons to escape from them. But then it was also an adrenaline rush. In fact, I'd say the whole game is an adrenaline rush! But there are quiet moments too, so you can enjoy your time with Trico. The ending was so shocking and deeply moving. I was in tears!

I've also started to replay the game already. I can't get enough of it!
