I'm really surprised by the popularity of Monster Hunter: World. I tried it the day it was released, and I didn't like it. It felt like a chore to play.

zazie87 - i'm going to get Sniper Elite, even though I haven't played any of the older games.

If you start with SE4, be warned, the earlier games are linear. SE4 basically drops you into a large map, and leaves the order of objectives up to you. It is both the best and worst place to start the series, based on whether you are going to try the other games or not.

You're welcome everyone.

That's good to know about SE4. So, there's no campaign mode, just multiplayer?

It might take me a while before I trying out, but thanks for the heads up. I assume it's a bit like Metro Exodus in comparison to the older Metro games.

No no, that is the campaign. There is a multiplayer, but it take place in smaller versions of the campaign locations, with all the usual modes, but with a sniping twist.

Haven't played the Metro games, but I have had an eye on them for a while. But with Sniper Elite, the first game was remade as V2 (which has was Remastered earlier this year), with levels designed like corridors. Sniper Elite 3 has bigger missions, still linear, but it isn't as obvious as in V2. Sniper Elite 4 has the best level design of the series, presenting larger maps, each with multiple paths to completing the mandatory and optional objectives.

I got it when it came out (and I already have them on PC via Humble Bundles). I didn't finish it though. the same applied to SE3 until I went back before 4 came out.

Thank you!

I'm currently trying to play God of War 3... and my hand hurt from the button mashing of the 3 levels in the underworld. I'm taking a break. I think it's going to be a hard road to platinum.

I've probably started it twice and never bothered to finish it. I think I've only ever bothered to finish the first and latest.

I'm almost done on finishing GOW3. I'm on the last fight.

I still have trophies I need to do, so that means another play through.

Has anyone beat the labyrinth and not died? There's a trophy for it.
