Onion, Poseidon was really good - you'll want to see it.

I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day!

I'm off to my best friend's wedding. Yay!! It's on the beach. Hopefully we'll have great weather for the rest of the week. I'll be back on Monday. Be good, everyone.

It was a beautiful beach wedding, and other than the fact that a pelican pooped on my forehead during the rehearsal, things were great.

I am really enjoying the series' season finales this year. Last year I was a bit disappointed but I'm enjoying all of my shows' finales.

How about everyone else?

I only caught the ones for DH and GA. I liked the DH one much better. GA was so-so for me. I enjoyed the last two hours more than the first.

It's funny how every finale has a shooting.

Happy Birthday.

Pia, thanks. I got 3 volumes of The Goon. Yay!

I love VM. I haven't watched House or CSI or Grey's Anatomy yet. Eventually, I'll get to them.

I'm getting some video games today!! Woohoo!! Actually, we're getting my son video games (his birthday is tomorrow) and we get to play them.

Yes it is. The DH finale was okay, but otherwise I haven't been impressed this year. House was good until the end. I hate it when they pull stunts like that.

Happy Birthday Onion!

Your son's birthday is tomorrow? At least he held off and let you enjoy yours first.

Hey guys! Anyone catch X-Men 3 yet? I saw it last night with bunny and it was okay. It just felt rushed.

Yep. My mom's is the day before and my son's is the day after. Fun, fun, fun!

I kind of have no desire to see X-Men 3. I'm so disappointed is the lack of Storm. I'll probably rent it when it come out on DVD.

Actually there is way too much of Storm that I cared to see. I hate that Halle has made them write more of the story for her. Halle sucks, her portrayal of Storm sucks, and she embodies the "suck" in suckiest kind of way.

She stole screentime which should have been given to other Xmen characters, namely Colossus & Cyclops. And the fact that they teased Sentinels but never had one supremely pissed me off. If there is going to be a progression of the fear of mutants, having the Xmen battle the Sentinels will be the ultimate.

I think in all the movies there was just too much screen time given to Jean Grey. Blah. I haven't heard great things about this movie.

I think the X-men movie series is done - can't imagine them making another one.

What's with all of the stars under our handles? <just read the announcement...whatever> I don't think people who have been here so long care about how many stars we have.

Are there any new shows anyone is waiting for? the next RR/RW show is starting today. Monk, the 4400 and The DeadZone are some of the returning shows that i'm anxious about.

I agree wholeheartedly.

I'm going to watch X-3 no matter what, but I'm not really looking foward to it.

onion, I'm glad you got some Goon trades.
