Nintendo Thread #4 - Introducing the new era of gaming - the NINTENDO SWITCH!!!
So, what do you think, will they screw it all up or will they make something revolutionary as they claim it will be? I am betting just run of the mill VR as every man and his dog is now on the bandwagon of the VR horse now that they would be coming to the party almost too late, much like Apple with their outdated watch.

Time will tell. I'm interested to see how many old franchises they milk dry, continue to, or if they'll actually become innovative again.

that's awesome!
my mom and dad swung by my place the other day and dropped off her DS and Brain Age game as if i want to play some crummy outdated system, lol. I dont' have the heart to toss it, though. |

I saw a rumour that Nintendo will be releasing a regular console and a portable variant with augmented reality built in with cross-platform connectivity with XB1/PS4... Interesting if true!

I am guessing it is just a clone of the old XBOX SmartGlass app where you can play games from your 360/XB1 on your tablet or smartphone of any brand/any OS.

I read that rumor too and it would be smart because I've for MANY YEARS said Nintendo needs to open their stuff up and work with either MS or Sony so they can actually start making money.

Yeah that would be great. I technically have a region B (UK) blu ray disc for Until Dawn but it works on my ps4 because it's region free.
