Sorry i've been absent for a while. I tried reformatting my macbook pro and messed it up so i'm without a computer now while it's being fixed. I just bought the smart keyboard for my ipad so i can at least type normally.

This board is so doomed... What with barely anyone posting on here, my garbage internet plus I have little time to devote to any more (life is so busy) makes me wonder - should we just volunteer to close this board down already? No one else wants to mod here so.....what do you all think? Should I ask TPTB to just shut this board down?

If someone here is willing to become moderator and take over, to make this board healthy and fresh, i'd be up for that! But it is not up to me, it is in the hands of TPTB!!!

I've volunteered and applied to be the mod of this board for a long time and they wont make me it for my past of swearing at people and being an A-hole. I would love to be mod again. But if they're not willing to make me mod, I would vote to close the board

That's when I was mod and posted like crazy with a few other people. Then some crazy things in my life happened, I turned into a jerk and yeah, it wasn't fun. I've still posted almost every day since then, just not like i used to. I applied to be mod again so i can help Clint bring video games back to where it used to be. I always wanted to delete the threads like word association, ABC games and what not. Those shouldn't exist on FF in any way, shape or form. The boards that NEED those posts to survive shouldn't exist. We relied on those for far too long here and it's hurting us because it's not fun. The people that do it only do it because they love what this board used to be. Not saying it wont be fun if i dont get the mod position, but I have some super awesome fun things planned!

When I was the mod of movies, i got everyone involved on a watch party and we had like almost 1000 posts in one day from active conversations not star posting. It was fantastic. I have things planned!!!!

I see. Did you mod other boards? You could always add your ideas now and not wait.

There are communities on PlayStation you can create. Maybe you can do one for FF? FF video gamers together on PS.

I have 3 plans written and 1 i'm thinking about and I could do them now, but I don't want to, lol. I modded here and Movies and did amazing things to both boards. Super huge surge in post counts. But I was struggling with an addiction, I became an ******* and very terribly lost my cool on everyone, freaked out, quit overnight and was a very bad member of FF. I've apologize to everyone, hopefully made my peace and have been clean now for 2 years almost. Couldn't be happier in life! Unless I were the mod here.

I had to. My wife's dad got brain cancer and we had to move in with them and take care of them. Not fun.
