I'll probably have to start excerising cause of my back and especially neck surely doctor on Friday related to Chiropractic will give me some. My family doctor gave me some but didn't listen to her and went to get a second opinion - good thing I did cause Chiropatractor did X-Rays and will go over them in depth on Friday but got from him my neck is in bad shape and back has curved or has been curved

i jut need to loose weight, and train my back,, then it should help, i doubt it but yeah, my back hurts all the time

Yea got some exercises to start will figure them out over the course of the next week cause some of them will need to do 2x a day - so get into the habit of before and after work. Majority of them are easy - its just going to be the neck one with the special equipment
