Exactly both vigilantes with daddy issues - though Oliver didn't want to kill his and loved his, where Helena was aiming to kill her father

I think that's a very good reason too they were both extremely damaged - Oliver wanted to help her and wanted to maybe turn her to being good enough to be within his team but she was too on revenge and too damaged
