 Especially between he and Oliver, considering they left it open ended. I'd be interested to see what impact Lila has on their relationship in the season to come, seeing as a lot of what happened revolves around what Oliver did to her and how that effected John. Because I truly believe he could have gotten over Oliver keeping secrets while in the League if Oliver hadn't had to involve Lila in his plans. __________________

I think so too
taking Lyla and leaving Sara alone was a big  if he didn't do it then fallout would have happened but at a much much lesser impact if he only lied and kept secrets about his plans associated to LoA__________________
