Worst work day ever
 bad manager call that just exploded and yea going to give it the weekend and see how it goes. Seriously considering stepping down from the position I took; and go back to agent yea bosses have lost faith in me and need to show them that their faith can be restored__________________

I'm so stressed by this
 and this weekend will be hard cause its been for a bit supervisor calls. Previous were not bad but this one has the client not happy. Manager says I shouldnt worry about my job but seriously re-considering taking this promotion. Might decide to go back to agent__________________
