This season has kinda went away from the things that I love about the show. There has been a reduction in Original Team Arrow Scenes, Felicity/Diggle scenes, Diggle scenes in general, Oliver/Felicity scenes, and shirtless Oliver.

Agreed.
It seems like they're spending a lot of time focusing on individual characters per episode instead of the whole cast. Felicity has had episodes, Roy has as well, and it sounds like they're going to be doing the same with Laurel. I understand them wanting to flesh out individual characters to help with their evolution within the context of the verse, but I think it has gotten a little out of control and is detracting the overall story. Don't get me wrong, I like learning about my fave characters but it's gotten a bit overwhelming. __________________

I'm so/so on this season thus far
 ITA on individual characters getting more development but it is straying from the show and been meh on this season  thus far__________________

What's interesting about that little monologue is that if you compare it to the one that he gave at the end of the S3 finale, there are quite a few similarities in the sentiment behind both. At least in my mind.
Also, just as a general commentary on S3 and Stephen... when you re-watch former seasons, you can see how much Stephen has evolved as an actor and how much more comfortable he has gotten in the role. __________________

 Journey that Oliver went though was pretty interesting especially come the later half with how he went off to Ra's and became part of the LoA but then to find out he was faking the whole timeActually had small problems with that part __________________
