No he will age quite a bit, I'm assuming with flashbacks to 1746 we'll see him, but when it's in 1964+ it'll be a new actor.

I'd assume not.

We know from the season 2 finale that it has been 20 years for Claire.
So when she goes back to Jamie, it'll have been 20 years there as well.

Claire goes back in 1766 to find Jamie, but the book does go over Jamie's years since she's been gone. So we'd see young and old Fergus.
