Well Claire is 20+ years older when she goes back in time again to Jamie, but I guess that Jamie will also have aged 20 years as well too. Thus they will be still close in age to each other. Then when Claire travels back in time with her daughter, Jamie's daughter he can be daddy to his daughter, and husband to Claire

They were happy towards the end of the episode and it's not the show dealing with it... it's book material.

At the beginning of the show, Claire was crying, missing FRANK. Then all of a sudden, bang, he doesn't matter anymore.

You mean season 1? I think it took more than one episode to get over Frank? She spent the first 6 episodes repeating the line "I have to get back to Frank." Frank has always been a part of Claire. He was her first love and I wouldn't say anything different.
