It's just a smaller picture with a link. Simply copy the format from an older submission.

You can do it on your photoshop software (whatever you use) or just resize it on photo bucket or something.

If you still can't work out how to do it, i could do it for you if you send it over to me then i'll send it back and you can add it to the OP
