I couldn't post on FF when I was watching the episode so I haven't got as many things to say as usual.
Rewatching this episode made me realise how much I actually wanted Claire to reach the stones when she did. The rape scene was so shocking all I was feeling was 'out, out, out' and could relate to Claire completely when she so desperately wanted to leave. I think the show makes an excellent job of showing why she would want to come back. Jamie is dreamy but I don't see how that's enough in face of so much trauma. He's not going to be here forever.

I'm also reading the book at the same time and I'm a little ahead of the show. I don't want to spoil anyone who hasn't read the book so could someone point me to the right thread to discuss it?
