I never went to the meal no. He apologised for the blackmail and i'm still in the process of forgiving him. He's never been in a relationship before, he was probably scared to look like an arse in front of his family, by telling them he'd broken up with me over a meal, but I never knew he lied and blamed it on me until today. He hasn't apologised for the latter, but i did only find out this morning.
