I love the actor a lot, I wouldn't mind seeing him come back, though I'd love for his character to be a bit nicer.

Yeah, you're right. And I think he went a bit far to be redeemed. They'd really have to pull out a lot of stops to do so, and I'm not sure they'll bother because I think next season will have new storylines.
