I tell you again, they didn't change her storyline (not much more than they do every season I mean)

Every year (except S4) they side line Felicity - and to some extent Diggle- in the second part of the season and every year MG claims that they had a big storyline for Felicity in B but oops they couldn't do it. I mean they didn't even make a set for her company storyline so it's never been a big thing for them.
