I guess we need to wait for context
but at least now we know why Stephen was in such a good mood today  I don't mind the way they're getting married because like i said another ceremony is entirely possible but i understand people who are frustrated with this __________________

This isn't the show where we'd get another ceremony. I think the writers probably think we'll just be happy that they're married, regardless of how it happens.

How come they don’t have rings on yet does anyone agree here @snarky_bee Why do I feel like there's more to the story? They just gonna do the double wedding of the two biggest DCTV ships out in the open like that?

So not the wedding I wanted but our babies are getting married! And SA and EBR will make it beautiful! Plus I bet because he's the mayor and most of the cast wasn't there that they'll have a party for them in 609. There's usually a party in the mid season finale.
