MG already said they haven't decided yet if the marriage would carry on next season, if it was OF i believe they would know at least if it will carry on till 4.01. 2. I don't imagine Felicity getting married without her mother being here. The only reason she would is if she had to get married to the minute for some weird reason happening only on tv (like to benefit of spousal privilege or weird stuff like that), and in this case, it can be absolutely anyone who gets married, Oliver and Felicity or pretty much anyone else, if the marriage is just a plot device

in general, I am wary and kind of loathe "gift" episodes for fans. Especially when its not entirely a gift for every fan of the show... but that's enough on that.
