So does that pic mean other vigilante guy, Ragman or whatever, is joining the team too? He kind of seemed like he'd be more of a problem for TA than a member of TA. I guess he could just be who the new TA is dealing with right now and not joking with them but this is way too many freaking vigilantes for one city. Where are all these people goi to go when Diggle and Thea inevitable join the team and also once they get crime more under control than it is when the season starts which they will do I'm sure? Because 5 or 6 people plus Oliver out in the field isn't going to work.

Jen's convo with MG made it sound like 5x05 was a pairing episode for Olicity. Probably not like full on reunion good but maybe like Felciity realizes Oliver is it for her and maybe Oliver decides to do something proractive to get a second chance with her so the rebuild really kicks into high gear? Idk, but when Jen talked about it, it didn't sound like a bad thing. It sounded like good movement for them. Because why would MG kind of basically tell Olicity fans to pay close to attention to 5x05 if it was bad thing? He gave a warning about the premiere but based on what Jen said, it was like he was saying 5x05 was an ep Olicity fans realty want to watch because we will see some stuff we like. That's how it came across to me.

And also if F starts the season with a bf how can they can get any worse? I don't see Oliver trying to move on. SA makes it sound like his rebound is basically Star City and he didn't want the break up and called her his always, even if she's trying to move on I just can't see him being able to, especially because I feel like SA and MG have implied Oliver hasn't given up hope that he and Felicity could be a thing again. And this is the guy who didn't so much as flirt with another woman for all of season 3 even when she was dating Ray so I don't think her trying to move on is going to convice him he should try to, he'll have more than enough on his plate to deal with and he's not going to just give up hope that she change her mind so I think they can only move in a positive direction from the bf thing. I could be totally wrong of course but I think there's more evidence of 5x05 being a more or less good episode for us than a bad thing.

And about the bf thing, I know it sounds crazy but I think it's possible it could be Barry. They put the Barry/Felicity kiss in the Flash promo, she's going to be on Flash 3x02 which could be when FP ends, and the Flash cast was kind of weird when asked what Felicity is doing in CC and they haven't announced anyone as her love interest which the they pretty much always do like how we knew Alex was for Thea even though it took several episodes to get that there and the same with Ray for Felicity. But there's nothing on that front this time. Which is weird. So either it's some kind of extremely short lived blip of a relationship with some random guest star or it's Barry because of FP and will be erased. Weirdly enough I think I kind of like the idea of it being Barry because then it's just because it means it happened because of FP and it will get erased.

^This is a really good post on why it could be Barry. Idk it kind of makes sense like I said. I'm still confused about the Felicity is carrying something spoiler, maybe it's that Barry tells her what he did and she carries that knowledge around or something? Idk. But back to my point, I think this bf thing is going to be way short lived and meaningless and/or just not what we think because there's usually just some weirdness with this spoiler and she doesn't have some official love interest announced and they've already added like 20 new people I can't imagine other than maybe for FBs they are adding anybody else and even if they did we are supposed to find out about him immediately so it wouldn't be her new guy anyway. I mean I still don't like it but I thinking it might just be a blip that we won't have to worry about for long. Another thing is Felicity is dealing with PTSD basically and not well, and she can't tell this new guy about TA or Havenrock so she's going to be lying to him and not truly connecting with and confiding in him and that's really just going to make things worse for her not better and now guy is going to be okay with her keeping so much from, including probably that she's working every it's her ex everyday because since that's a TA thing she can't tell him that either, so she's got that plus the fact that deep down she knows she's not over Oliver so she's really not in the right place to be trying a new relationship so when she does try it's doomed to fall apart pretty darn fast anyway for so many reasons. Whatever it is, it's so not going to last long at all. That's what we should just focus in for now I think. It's going to be over basically as soon as it starts.

EDIT: Oh and something else to add to my long lost above and that everyone may already know but Jen clarified that MG did not say that the Felicity line he mentioned about Oliver waiting for things to go back to the way they were was from 5x05. She mistyped. He did say the stuff about 5x05 being a big Olicity do but the line was not part of that specific part of the convo. It was in the preview because it will be in 5x01/5x02. So that also bodes well for 5x05 I think. If that line was in 5x05, that doesn't really speak to much progress but now that that's not part of 5x05 there's more chance for of 5x05 being good for Olicity. That Felicity will have said that earlier though could be a good sign that it's something like Oliver accepting he can't make stuff be like it used to be but they can more forward and find their way back to each other if he's more proactive about getting a second chance with her. I've realized between LL's last words about Oliver not going it alone, which OTA and even The have been telling him since season 1 so it's not a new thing but whatever, the Bratva flashbacks beating it into Oliver that the only person he can trust is himself and Oliver bring on new vigilantes, I think this season Oliver is finally going to fully let go of his instinct to go it alone and not include people fully on his choices and stuff. And that was what caused the break up in the first place. So they are really setting it up for Oliver to learn the lesson that broke him and Felicity and thus fix his relationship with Felicity. And maybe 5x05 is when he makes some big steps in that direction and maybe also when Felicity realizes Oliver is it for her so she is more open to his efforts to fix things (not necessarily that she tells him that but more she realizes for herself she's not over Oliver and there's a chance they could try again, though she could end somehow letting him know he's moving in the right direction and she's open to the possibility of them in the future or something. Arrow's timeline is impossible to predict so it's hard to say when they will start doing really big movements towards reconciliation). It's really hard to to know at this point because we basically know nothing about that ep but I think 5x05 could be a good ep for us. I really think that's why MG brought it up, to give us Oliciters some hope.

For now at least, I think it is. I mean Jen makes it sound like MG didn't necessarily verbally specify good or bad but haunt based on everything they discussed Olicity wise and how he warned us about the premiere, it makes me think it's a good thing. It's actually a good episode to have some positive movement in the rebuild because then they can have like a bigger moment in the mid season finale if they want. And Olicity has a history of big moments in the mid season finale. So I'm feeling hopeful but like I said we know basically nothing about it so it's hard to be sure. But I took it as him giving us hope. I hope I'm right.


The Barry theory sounds crazy but it does make sense. Felicity is supposed to be affected by FP somehow but they are being pretty secretive about how FP will affect Arrow. The put the Barry/Felicity kiss from season 1 of Flash in the promo for season 3 for some reason. There was the weirdness at the Flash panel about what she's doing in CC in 3x02 and it's weird that they haven't announced anyone as her love interest. I mean Olicity was going on a first date in 3x01 but I think we knew by then Raylicity was going to happen so I don't know why it would be a secret this time. There's just something very weird about how they are handling this whole storyline. Like how when SA first dropped that spoiler and was immediately asked about it, he wouldn't own up to saying it or how only like one media outlet even knew to ask about and how secretive everyone with the show is being about it. I think it has to either be Barry and it's gets erased once he fixes FP or the "relatonship" begins and ends the same ep and so it's like a random dude we only see once and they aren't bothering to announce or we don't even see him before it ends. It just doesn't seem like it's any of the new dudes and they can't possibly be adding anybody else to present day casting. So yeah Barry makes sense or a tiny blip ova storlyine over before it begins. The Barry option would be weird but it would also be erased by FP and that is technically better than a real bf. It's not that I want her just sit around waiting for Oliver to change but with everything she's been through and the fact that she's apparently not handling it really well, the fact that she can't tell this new dude basically anything about TA, Havnerock, or anything so and she'll probably also have to keep the fact that she works with her ex every night a secret, she's so not in the right place to be in a new relationship right now. Like I said it's a recipe for disaster. I'd rather it just be Barry they erase it and then she gets to work on healing herself and getting her job back and stuff like that.

SUPERGIRL Will Be The Focus Of The Four-Show CW Superhero Crossover

^Well big shocker, the crossover will be all about SG. Totally called that one. It's says there's some external threat that brings her to all the other shows. Not sure what that means for everybody else moving around to the various shows though. But why does a threat in her universe matter to the other 3 shows? She's in another freaking universe. I don't care about another freaking universe. And I mean it's only Arrow's 100th ep, let's totally make it about freaking Supergirl. That makes total sense. I think MG must've gotten a lot of tweets and crap about this because he tweeted about the 100th and how everyone is excited to celebrate the milestone appropriately but how is an overblown crossover focused on freaking SG celebrating Arrow's 100th episode appropriately? Spoiler alert, it's not. Why was so hard to just move the freaking crossover one ep? This is such crap. I hate this. The one good thing though is spif its all about SG then it's not about fixing FP which means FP gets fixed really fast like maybe even 1 episode fast. So thank goodness for that but still super up uncool to make the crossover that includes Arrows 100th ep all about SG who lives in another universe! I hate this multiverse crap, it's so stupid.
