ohhh it's a really good one and really popular;

Basically oliver is the adoptive son of a mafia family and felicity, the daughter of the other mafia family is trying to take her father down so she reaches out to him and they have to work together and he has to protect her etc. It's very smutty though, very AU, oliver is kind of an arse though it gets better. Only problem is that even if the author is writing again for now it's not sure it's going to be finished
