Yeah I think arrow + arsenal and dark archer+speedy will meet before all secret identities are discovered.

Agreed, I definitely see a few rooftop face-offs between Arrow/Arsenal vs Dark Archer/Speedy before the reveal. I also think that Roy will figure out Thea is Merlyn's apprentice before Oliver. I know it's Oliver's show but I don't think they'll pass up the romantic angst angle with those two.
