Dorthe Mom uses broth and egg so no it's not dry. Also, you don't bake them in the turkey. Were you confused on that part? The turkey doesn't have to be stuffed and no, it's not dry otherwise.

Not may eats turkey here in Denmark and I've only had stuffed turkey twice - where one of the times is was dry
