I've seen a few people say some things that lead me to believe Gina's okay (well, okay as in Not Dead).

1. Stephanie's snapchat (or Instagram) of the season finale table read showed Chelsea's name card or something there (unless Gina's involved in a flashback in the episode ). I vaguely remember this but I didn't save her snapchat of it.

2. Earlier this season, Dan Goor commented about Gina's later arc and her losing money. My Canadian self struggles to remember/understand this but I would imagine in America being hit by a bus would mean insane hospital bills so that would line up.

She ain't dead, that's for sure. But those are good points on why.
