I'd love to do or say the things Rosa does but I'm not as brave.

Can't wait to see what they have planned for her in the 2nd season. I hope she'll stay unapologetically bad-ass.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to see her soften up. I mean, character development and all is nice and I don't want her to be a one tone character either, but a Rosa Diaz who isn't badass? No. Just no.

Rosa will never not be bad-ass. What I love about her is that there is no sappy backstory explaining why she is who she is. She's just bad-ass, end of story.

Exactly. Badass characters don't always need a tragic backstory. It's just the way she is, end of story.
