It was a great episode, I thought. Though a big heavy for our fave couple for sure. It was good to bookend the ep with Hitchcock's divorces :lol: and a way for them to skip some time which was good. I thought the guinea pigs in the storeroom was hilarious, as was Holt learning Russian :lol: I liked that they addressed trying to get pregnant as not something that is necessarily easy. I think they still will write in Melissa's RL pregnancy eventually but it's realistic that Jake and Amy may not have one right away. |
Great episode, very poignant for Jake and Amy. The show has always done such an amazing job addressing these realistic topics. And I like that it will be a slower progression for Jake and Amy when it comes to having kids, there should not be a rush anyways.
The time jumping was interesting and fun! We got a glimpse into Hitchcock’s weird love life. And I’m not gonna lie, I ship Hitchcock/Scully!! Those “gay” cakes are a sign!! Also, Holt learning Russian in 6 months is GOLD. :lol: |
I'm glad they addressed that getting pregnant isn't always easy.
