I actually kind of liked him. He and Peralta seemed to have a good dynamic going. I could see them as buddies before too long.

So much for that.

Boyle: Over-the-moon.

Dozerman's death busted them. No more Peraltiago sneaky-time at work.

On the bright side, look how happy Boyle was when he found out about Peraltiago snorking.

I loved that Peralta and Santiago tried to go back to being colleagues...but that it didn't last very long. Boyle convinced Peralta to go to Santiago and tell her how he feels...and she had the same idea.

Boyle: Guys, we did it. We really did it.
Santiago: Oh, Charles is here.
Peralta: Big time.

I loved the Holt/Wuntch parts of the episode. Wuntch wanted Holt to name the NYPD's new pigeon mascot. Really? Really?!

I did like the name that he came up with (Officer Pepper O'Pigeon)...but of course Wuntch went with the name that she made him choose under pressure (Polly).

Then when Holt asked Wuntch to call a truce for the good of the NYPD, and to let him do his magic on the public relations office, she declined the offer and instead made him the mascot.

I loved that Gina gave Holt the pep talk when he wanted to quit and admit defeat to Wuntch. She gave him the inspiration to put on the pigeon costume and to give his speech to the elementary school students.

He blew some tiny minds.

I am looking forward to seeing Holt in action.

I knew it! I knew that the Vulture was going to be the new Captain. I initially thought he was going to walk out of the elevator at the beginning of the episode, but I got my wish in the end.

It's going to be interesting to see him as Captain of the Nine-Nine.
