Did you guys notice they ALWAYS solve crimes by having these random deus ex machina "aha" moments? It happened last week with Holt too when he figured out it was the janitor out of the blue, it happpened in the episode where Jake and Holt were interrogating that dentist, and so many other examples. It would be more interesting if they didn't always solve a case

^ I agree, and I think it was kind of a given that Sean Astin's character was shady.

However, it was a fun episode, I love how Jake can read Holt so well now Terry's reactions to the sorority girls were really fun, and Rosa and Jocelyn are really cute.

I'm still not over 6x12 so Amy isn't my favorite at the moment but her FOMOW was funny.

Yeah the show has kinda always been like that tbh!

Enjoyed the ep overall, I liked the real time aspect and it was so great to see Sean in the show!

True, it would change things up a bit if the cases weren't always solved that way.

Sean Astin was great!

Decent episode, imo. I actually enjoyed Hitchcock/Scully's little plotline. The end scene had great comedic timing
